- From where will the products be shipped?
All prodcuts (unless otherwise noted in product description) will ship from Los Angeles, California.
- How long does it take from the point of placing an order till the order is shipped?
We pride us for our fast shipping. Most orders placed before 3pm will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm will ship the next business day. We also try to ship on Saturday whenever possible.
- Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries with the exception of Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Yugoslavia, and most African countries. If we consider your country as "high risk country", we might cancel your order or take additional measures to verify the purchase.
- Can I pick-up my order in person?
Unfortunately this is generally not possible at this time. However, in some "emercency" cases we might be able to make an exception. Please contact us for more information.
